Shake the bottle before use.

Dissolve 50 ml of syrup in 1 liter of water and drink 

throughout the day.

 If you prefer you can take 25 ml of syrup twice a day.

Due to the intense flavor of the syrup, it is recommended to dissolve the syrup in a glass of water.
