INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: 1. Wash hair and dry with a towel. 2. Impregnate the hair with the permanent liquid directly or after curling it with the curlers (indirectly). 3. Exposure time of 20 to 25 minutes. Excessive exposure time can be detrimental. 4. Check that the curl is adequate. 5. Once the perm is developed, rinse thoroughly with water for 5 minutes and dry with a towel. 6. Impregnate the curlers with IMPULSIVE CURLS & WAVES NEUTRALISER neutralizing liquid starting at the nape of the neck. 7. Leave to act for 5 minutes. 8.
