How to use:
Remove the cotton and shape the earplug by rolling it up with your fingers.
Hold the ear up to facilitate insertion by holding it in place the earplug still compressed.
In a few seconds it will adapt by itself, mold the plug and place it carefully in the entrance of the ear canal.
Do not cut the plug or insert it all the way into the ear.
Pull back on the pinna to expel the air from the ear canal and the buzzing sounds.
Store the caps in their box in a clean, dry place.
Not to be used for scuba diving.
Should be used with clean and healthy ears
